I did it! I actually made my deadline for having my blog officially up and running. Being my first entry, I am still new to this, so please ignore the many imperfections. Many of you know I love being crafty, or at least I try to be :) So, what better way to start my blogging debut, then with a Valentine's Day craft I worked on today. It is super easy and very inexpensive!
I bought the frames at Michaels for $1 each. The hearts came in a package of three for $1.99 and I already had the paper and the ribbon. See? SUPER inexpensive! Jeremy sprayed the frames for me, because they were a hideous shiny gold. I cut out the plastic like cover in the middle of the frame, and replaced it with cute paper. Tied ribbon to the heart and attached it to the frame ! Voila! A cute Valentine's Day decoration.

AHHHH! Those turned out too too cute! I'm in love. Where did you get the hearts??
Wow, so cute! Always the crafty one, you are!!! Can't wait to see your other creations! I just got called to be the Primary President (shhh, I haven't been officially called yet in the ward) so now I can only wish I had the time to make crafts. Hopefully after I get the hang of things =)
Oh! So! Cute! I got those same frames at Michael's, only one was oval, one square and one rectangle and spray painted them black too. Yours are too cute though with the heart...I might just have to go back and get some more! PS: Could I be any happier to have you as my VT? I THINK NOT!!!! :)
Thx for the invite!! Congrats on the blog!
The frames are too cute. I miss your craftiness.
Hope all is well with you and your fam. We miss you guys!
Those are so great Azure. If I'd known you were so crafty, we would have gotten together when I still lived there! :)
Yipee! you're blogging. Now we can see all your cute craftiness. Thanks for sharing, they're so cute!
Cute craft!
Yay! I love your new blog!! So, here is my first comment.
I love the craft! Please be sure to post lots of that stuff because you really are good at it, and I need all the help I can get!
Love it Azure! Especially the frames. I would be more crafty but my husband is not a fan of crafts. Occasionally I get into them, like for Valentine's Day and he can handle it if he knows it's for a short time. By the way, we own that black and white wrapping paper you are using as a background. We put it inside of our vases for Halloween. In our black and white kitchen it looked pretty spooky. Can't wait to see more!
